Suggest Remedy For White Spots On Penis

hi doctor..im a 24 years old guy from srilanka..i have a problem with my penis. when i drag back my foreskin i see something like white dots on the starting point of the forehead (not on the foreskin) i would be glad if u could tell me what should i do to remove them. thanks
