Suggest Remedy For White Vaginal Discharge

i am 35 and a half years old. i am 62 kgs and my height is 5foot 2 inches. i got pregnant incidentally and went in for mtp surgically. this was my 3rd pregnancy and unwanted.my bleeding stopped after 3-4 days but it has been 10 days that i have white vaginal discharge. what do i do?
