Suggest Remedy For Wound Caused By Suture

A week ago friday I had 3 stitches put in after the removal of a small cyst under the skin on my upper right butt cheek. The stitches were removed last friday and steri-strips put on it. Yesterday, I removed the steri-strips as I was told by the PA. Today I noticed when showering the wound had opened up. What should I do?
