Suggest Remedy Itchy Sores On Legs

when i was about 5 or 6 my skin started to get very ichy, and big swores that oosed goo, there gone now but from iching them, they left black scars all over my legs, shoulders and arm, now i am in middle school and im kinda a freek, how do i get rid of them quickly?
