Suggest Remedy Or Bump On Arm Due To Deodorant Burn

Hi,i may I h rgo your health queries right now ? Pleasetye our queir y here.I have a deoderant burn on my arm. I thought that it would be alright but it has got a small hard ball of something that looks like puss it has also blistered and my skin has gone flaky. Now I have a 1 mm deep hole in my arm from where the puss ball was it is slowly starting to heal but the scab comes off every night in bed do you know what degree burn it is and if I still need to see a doctor even though it has been close to 3 weeks since it happened
