Suggest Remedy Or Headaches And Double Vision After Injury

Hit my head on kitchen cabinet this morning pout ice pack on it and took Advil. Have lots of eye problems already. But checked out fine three days ago. Having trouble with headache and double vision more grab usual. Is there a problem? Also have history of migraine aura and hold in retina. Also had surgery two years ago for prebismus. Felt dizzy and had problem watching movie this afternoon. And saw a coupl of black spots quickly at lunch in restaurant then went away. Is there anything to worry about? I have lots of eye problems and worry.
