I'm 19 but my legs have been like this ever since I can remember. Whenever I do anything to rid of my leg hair - waxing, shaving, or with an epilator - they still look hairy. My pores are big and my hair is very dark and coarse. I also get ingrowns every time the hair grows back, and because of them, my legs are also very scarred. What should I do? I have been looking into getting laser, but is that the only choice?
