Suggest Remedy To Clear Itchy Rashes After Impetigo

I was diagnosed with impetigo (in cut behind right ear) and I also had the rash on my chest, belly and back. Took antibiotics for 7 days and they are all gone. The ear has cleared up but I still have the rash all over. I am putting Fucidin cream on the spots but ithe rash is extremely itchy and bothersome. Should I go back to the doctor or will the rash clear up with the creamÉ I am not sure how long this normally lasts.....
