Suggest Remedy To Cure PCOS Completely

Dear Dr. Chetna Jain,My name is Rinki and i am suffering from Pco i am 26 years old ,unmarried women.My periods are irregular,after taking an ayurvedic treatment for 6 months it become better that i stared having periods after 30-35 days.However once i quick my medicine again for 3 months no period and from past 1 month, i am having continuous period i am scared of English Medicine as i have a weak liver and it starts giving me trouble if i have very hard doses .Please guide me ,Is it possible to cure Pcos or as the doc says its only managable.please answer my questions Rinki
