Suggest Remedy To Cure Open Wounds On Stomach Due To Shaving Hair

Hi,
I started shaving my stomach when I was younger due to peer pressure and now get really bad ingrown hairs around my belly button. They're always really deep and leaves scars whenever I remove the hair. I currently have "open wounds" from it and was wondering if there was a way to heal these faster since spring break is coming up soon. Any Advice?
