Suggest Remedy To Cure Vitiligo Affecting Penis And Scrotum

Hi....I have what I am sure is vertiligo of the penis and scrotom and no where else on the body. I used to get very bad jock itch and scratched it a lot and it has irregular shaped white patches of skin where there is no melanin. What is the best way to treat/cover this?
