Suggest Remedy To Fasten Growth Of Beard Hair

Hi, I'm sorry but i just need some advice on what i can do to grow my beard faster. i have had a full beard before but i shaved it off as i had several pimples under. my parents are very strict about this as im a sikh. i'm studying abroad and will be home in a months time. i cut my beard with scissors 3 weeks ago and it has barely grown. i only see a bit of difference. it used to be very thick and basically a full beard. is there anything i can use to speed up the reaction. i only want to grow back my beard not grow other hair. if there are medicines or anything please advise. i have sensitive skin and irritable bowel syndrome. just incase it has anything to do with the medication. i just have insufficient time and i dont understand why its growing so slow. i wash it with root awakening shampoo and rub hair oil and comb it as well. please advise. appreciate it.
