Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Acne On Face, Chest And Back

Hi I am a 24 year old girl. i have had acne problems for long.. but recently it has increased alot not only on my face but on my chest and back too. I had stopped eating oily food long time bak n have been taking proper care of cleaning and mosturizing but of no use. wat should i do?
