Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Bumps And Get Clear Skin

Hi My name is Nancy and I'm 36 years old. I'm having a problem with my skin on my face. It's getting to the point where I don't like to go out anymore and it's coming between my marriage. Anyway the problem is I have tons of bumps all over and face, sometimes they are ichy kinda looks like a rash but it's not. I went to see my doctor see told me it's achne , so I have tried products out there and nothing has changed or I break out more. I have given up please help. I just want nice clear skin :( Is there anything out there that I can use that I will see a difference or is this it for me.
