Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Dark Patches On Neck

i am 26 years old and for the last couple of yerars i have dark patches in my neck area whatever i do it doesn t go pls help as it looks really awkward as i have a very bright and fair complexion and also there is a dark line across my left cheek which doesnt seem to go any way pls help as i really need it
