Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Dark Skin Above Upper Lips

hi doctor, i am a 15 year old girl and i have dark skin above my upper lip which makes it look like i have a mustache, but there is no hair. it seems like i have tried everything literally, but the dark skin wont go away. i am tired of getting rejected because of it. please help. thanks
