hello, I am 30 yr and desperate about my skin, I have dry patches all over my face, fine lines everywhere and when I smile, it get worse, I have tried many skincare; waterbase, oil base, organic, chemicals, but still get rid of those horrible patches, is there any way to get rid of this patches?
