Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Fungal Infection On Wrist

I have what I believe is a fungal infection on my right wrist it is in the shape of a circle and looks like ring worm but the circle is solid unlike ringworms ring of bad skin then healthy skin in the middle it also looks like athletes foot but you know its on my wrist, I am a gymnast so I thought it could possibly be from that, also the infection is tender so please let me know what you think it is and how to get rid of it because its kind of embarassing and I am always trying to hide my wrist because of it and people are starting to ask questions.
