Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Piece Of Balloon Stuck In Vocals

haii am 24 years old. my problem is when i was 10 years old i went to market and i brought one balloon suddenly one piece of balloon went through my mouth and still that little piece in my vocal. so i am very worry about my future and it didn't hurt me or no pain but i am so worry. can you please suggest me what can i do?
