Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Puffy Nipples And Lumps Under Them

I am a teenager and i have puffy nipples and there are lumps under each of them. I know this is a part of puberty. But is there anyway that I can make my nipples small again. If there is no soultion to my problem how long will it take for nipples to become small again.
