Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Scars Due To Insect Bite

live in the caribbean my insect bite scares are deep I have had these scares practically all my life. Any insect bite turns into a boil, filled with clear fluid then burst or dries up leaving a dark spot. I would like to know would a deep chemical peal help. I am particularly interested in my legs . Please help.
