Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Scars On Vagina Due To Shaving

Q : I'm a 19 year old dark skinned African American female who has scarring and 30 spots on my vagina.I stopped shaving because I wanted to be bald down there and no one taught me how to shave.I bled all the time.I been having these scars and spots for 3 years and I'm embarrassed.I have love self esteem and undesirable.I actually have spots and ingrown hairs all over my body due to shaving to close.I am so obsessed with being hairless that I scarred myself so badly.I'm very poor and trying to come up with a solution probably a all natural one.I want to find a nice person to be my sponsor so I can get medical treatment or procedures done.I know that's rare but I don't have money to fix the problem.Help please
