Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of White Spots On Face And Neck

hi doc. I'm 27 yrs old. I had this white spots on my face and neck. i already aplied miconazole nitrate hydrocortison but nothing happened. now the white spots become bigger. i also use nizoral anti dandruff shampoo to it. but still nothing happened. What shall i do to get rid of this white spots? please help me...
