Suggest Remedy To Get Skin Around Groin Back To Normal

I was suffering from "Tinea cruris" , last few months ago. after applying "Beclomin" cream it was healed .but my skin got ugly around my groin area. so what can i do to get my skin back .??...how to remove that ugly skin....i have very much thankful to you if you could kindly help me.shehan Srilanka
