Suggest Remedy To Heal Pain Due To Rashes Caused By Wearing Pads

I just gave birth to my three week & three day old baby so I have had to wear pads. Well the pads have rubbed my butt raw. Now evertime I move I'm in pain. I can not sit down without bursting into tears from the pain. What can I put on it to help it heal or to ease the pain until it heals? PLEASE HELP !!!
