Suggest Remedy To Lighten Skin Tone Between And Under Breasts And Armpit

Good day, i am a size 38C and between and under my breasts are darker than the rest of my body. I have tried scrubbing it thinking that it may be dead skin but this did not work. I sweat alot in that area and there is also a bad scent sometimes. My armpits are really dark also I assume from shaving regularly. Can you please help me with effective remedies? Thanks
