Suggest Remedy To Overcome Dizziness After Getting Implanon

Yes hi? I just got the implanon the day before yesterday and today at five in the morning I woke up super dizzy and the first time I got up I couldn't walk. But I tried getting up a little while later and I was walking a little better but I still feel dizzy. What do I do?
