Suggest Remedy To Overcome Fatigue And Sinus Problems

I'm currently being treated for a chronic sinus infection; been ill for 4 weeks. had strep, bacterial infection in one eye, and now continue to suffer with severe fatigue and sinus problems. been prescribed Avelox, and have been on for 13 days. I continue to feel awful, like i'm just not going to wake up the next morning. historically, i suffer from chronic bronchitis and sinus infections. Help!
