Suggest Remedy To Prevent Flaking Of Scalp Skin And Bald Spot On Forehead

hey, i am 21 yr old male....my hair started flaking when i was 15....since then small flakes of my scalp keep coming off...sometimes i myself use to peel them off....a small bald patch started forming a little above my fore head...i use to use a lot of gel and sometimes conditioner(as gel...lol) to style my hair...now i am21 and that small bald patch has become 4 times its size...i am using TUGAIN and apply 2ml a day around the huge bald patch...i don't really see any improvement...can you please help me on what medication i should use???
