Suggest Remedy To Pull Foreskin Back

Hi
I have a problem that is now crippling my life, I am 33 and still a virgin mainly due to the fact for some time
i have known I am not normal.My foreskin will not retract more than an opening of a couple of centimetres in diameter when erect.
what should I do?
