Suggest Remedy To Reduce Blackness In The Pubic Region Caused Due To Melacare Cream

hello i hav been usng the melacare cream in the pubic region and the thighs, it caused subsequent irritation and redness. and after that the entire region has turned totally black wth pimples and all. what should i do now? anyway to regan back the original colour there or will it be totally black forever?
