Suggest Remedy To Reduce Flatulence And Odour

I am a patient of canicer of urinary bladder, have undergone Radical cystectomy and nephrectomy. I have a urostoma, and due to post operative adhesions an intestinal by pass. At times I have borborgymi which I deal with hot water formentation, lycopdioum and nux vomica ( advised by my allopathic doctor. My serum creatitinin is 2.0 mg%). I consult my doctor for a regular followup. I have been Advised by Carmicide. My main problem is flatulence. Which at times has offensive odour. I have been advised to take vibact fort, which is helpful but it also gives me constipation which I wish to avoid for the possibility of having an obstruction. I am reading about a medicine flatuna which has Simethicon and charcoal. Charcoal I understand will take care of the odour. My concern is that with my s. Creatinine at 2.0 mg%. Can I have simethicon? . Else advise me an alternative measure to reduce the flatulence and the associated odour. ( I don t mean alternative medicine).
