Suggest Remedy To Reduce Sinus Pressure On Eyes And Nose

I have had a migraine over my eyes for about two weeks I took Tylenol for it but it did not help. Along with the migraines I am also nauseous with sinus pressure. I have a runny nose, I may sneeze once or twice and I have that burning pain in my nose that coms and goes. I went to see my doctor he gave me zomig for the migraine it took away the pain but I still feel the pressure over my eyes and nose, what else can I take to relieve the sinus pressure. I am also concerned about drug interactions as I take lisinopril 5mg and bystolic 5 mg and now zomig 5mg that I broke in half so 2.5mg
