Suggest Remedy To Reduce Stomach Size After Delivery

I want to reduce my stomach after nine month of delivary. I feeded my breast milk only for three months as my nipple is short my baby did not drink enough milk and milk reduced. my stomach is too big as if i am pregnant. what to eat and what type of exercise to do to reduce my stomach.
