Suggest Remedy To Reduce Swelling In Nostril

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...The right side of my nose is completely closed off. It always seems its just the right side. I have used the netipot and because the right is so bad the salt water cant get thru. What can I take for the swelling?
