Suggest Remedy To Reduce Swelling Of Foreskin

I had a shower and pulled the skin back to clean and within a few seconds the foreskin has swollen up so bad that the head is exposed and painful and red, it's swollen on the right side so bad that I can't pull the foreskin back over the head, I've tried cold cloths, taken ibuprofen and i've put polysporin on the head to keep it protected...... any suggestions???
