Suggest Remedy To Reduce Swelling Of Lymph Node

hai,good morning. i am 56yrs male. i have a submental enlared lymph node of a size 3x3.5cm for the last 35 days, no pain,tenderness. ultrasound ws done and suggested for FNAC. The fnac report shows reactive lymphadenitis. one course of antibiotic(tab.kefpod 200mg and zymogesic ds) was prescribed and course finished. still the swelling is same. advised surgery and excision biopsy. is there any medicine in ayurveda to reduce the lymph node size.
