Suggest Remedy To Regain Fairness

hi doctor....m staying in a city which s full of pollutions n dust n so lots of humidity....coz its summer...so its very hot here in india...my skin is oily...coz of hot i lost my fair complexion....can u suggest me some effective home remedy or sumthing by which i can get my original fair color back.
