Suggest Remedy To Relieve Body Pain And Swelling

my wife is having body pain, more on the left side of back to the chest, legs r having swelling, foots r swelling, she is feeling vomit sensation, she is on medication for ovary cyrst pcos, with tablet yasmin, obimet, pantacos. bcos of this sudden body pain and swelling i gave her nicip plus, tell is correct can she be okay with it, else what medication should i give her. please let me know
