Suggest Remedy To Relieve Headaches In Hypertensive Diabetic

i do have a family history of highblood pressure and sugar diabetes,i am 34 years old ,over weight ,now also have high blood pressure,i am drinking x1 adalact tablet daily .I am getting sever headaches on the left side of my head ,have drank quite a few of paracetomol tables does not go away ,please help,allan
