Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain And Itching Around Groin Due To Hemorrhoids

I had an out break of hemoroids a few weeks ago, athough I have no trouble with bowl movements. Tried over the counter remedies, but it just gets more uncomrtable. Severe itching and pain all round my crotch area, not just anus. Including rash oin the crevice at the tops of my legs. Cortisone cream does hep a little, but it just wont' go away.
