Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain And Numbness In Neck, Armpit And Fingers

having pain and numbness in my neck, under my arm pit, down my right arm and the thumb, index and middle finger when i tilt my head back or reach out as if to tie my shoes. after having aMRI my neuro. doc. said he could not see any pentched nurves in my neck... what is going on with me and what should i do?.. i'v tried therpy and pain management.. nothing has worked as yet. please help
