Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain Due To Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

i have been diagnosed with the clinical signs of carpal tunnel, i am in a workmans comp situation and my lawyer is telling me to just hang in there and wait... i have been dealing with it for almost a year now and its getting worse. what can i do to get me through until i get the nerve study? i can't take the pain anymore
