Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain Due To Fibroids

Hi I had the mirena coil fitted in april last year i had a laperoscopy where they found i had 2 fibroids 5cm andd 4cm. I still get really bad pains on the side where my fibroids are a few days after i,ve had a period it only lasts a couple of days but very sore that i cant lie a my stomach when i go to bed?
