Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain Due To Tennis Elbow

i have tennis elbow and i used a lot of medications but it didn't work , the analgesics have no effect with me And has come up to my neck pain and caused me a severe headache .. i can't sleep at night because of my pains and i don't know what to do ,, any advice please ???i used alot of pain relieve cream also B12 shots but nothing happened the doctor told me it has no effect on me
