Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain From Ankle To Buttocks

I am post left laminectomy with some epidural scar formation seen along left postolateral annulus at l3-l4 which abuts left S1. Also I have effacement of right foraminal recess which appears to abut right L 5 nerve root. Surgery 18 months ago was for stenosis. I hurt myself last summer carrying luggage. No feeling in behind right toe pad area. Severe pain from ankle to mid calf and upto thigh and buttocks.
