Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain In Chest Spreading To Arms And Legs

I have been having an severe achy pain that starts on the left upper part of my chest. It then moves to all of my chest and both arms. It almost feels like contractions in my chest and arms. It also moves into my right leg. It gets so intense that I almost feel like I am going to pass out. When the pain lets up I feel like I could just close my eyes and go to sleep. This happens even in my sleep. It hurts so bad that it wakes me up... Please help,,, The pain gets so intense and my arms feel like they weigh 100 lbs each when this happens..
