Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain In Inflamed Lump Behind Molar Teeth

I have an inflamed gum behind my last back molar. the pain is in the inflamed lump that has apperared and not in the tooth itself. I have been taking paracetamol and ibuprophen. is there anything else on the high street i can take to speed up its recovery?
