I am 27 years old guy. Last night i was looking down continuously for 15 minutes and was engaged in some work. After 15 minutes when i tried to move my head up i could hear some sound at the nape of my neck. since then i have been having severe pain at the nape of my neck and even iam not able move my head. I request you to prescribe some medicines which i can use externally and internally as well to get my pain reduced
