Suggest Remedy To Relieve Sudden Pain In Thigh And Ankle

My daughter is complaining of a sudden pain that is going "on and off" and is sometimes very sharp on the right upper thigh of her leg and she also felt some pain at her ankle but it wasn't very sharp and it showed up suddenly there too, The pain developed while riding in the car about 15 minutes ago and is continuing to bother her when she sits , stands or runs. The pain that she felt the first time was very sharp and made her almost cry from the pain.
